While I only tried them for a couple of weeks, I have noticed a subtle difference in my energy. I do not find myself sleepy after lunch at work (unless I went to bed super late the night before.)

I love the berry flavor, it’s addictive. Too bad you only need to take two a day because I could eat the whole bottle in one sitting if you let me!
