The long awaited Bite Beauty Lip Pencils are finally here! The lip pencils took three years in the making at Bite Beauty labs and I am thrilled to test a couple of them out.
Bite Lip Pencil VoxBox
As a member of Influenster, I was sent the Bite Lip Pencils in shades #20 and #44. It also included a lip pencil sharpener and two colors (Whiskey and Honeycomb) from their lipstick line, Amuse Bouche.
The Lip Pencil
The lip pencils are available in 22 beautiful shades. #20 is my favorite out of the two that were sent to me. It’s a nice pop of color, yet subtle enough to wear on a daily basis. I love wearing a natural look during the day.
The lip pencils are very creamy and go on smooth with great precision. I love how it gives my lips a nice matted look, you could also pair it with a lipstick in a similar shade (like Honeycomb) for a completed look.
The lip pencil is also perfect if worn alone as an all over lip color and lasts most of my 8 hour work day.
Amuse Bouche
The lipsticks are available in 34 shades. Although Honeycomb is my favorite color, I do love that Whiskey is a great color for an evening look. I think it’s going to be a hit for fall!
Whiskey is a little too bold of a color for me, so when I’ve worn it I applied it lightly and then blended it on my lips to create a tint of color.
About Bite Beauty
Bite Beauty’s products are made with 12 natural oils and actual food ingredients. They also use beeswax, Shea butter, citrus, wine and candelilla wax. So if you happen to ingest some of it from your lips then it’s ok!
The founder of Bite Beauty, Susanne Langmuir, was inspired by kitchen chemistry to create an all natural makeup line that is made by hand in a Toronto lab.
You can find Bite Beauty at Sephora online or in-stores.
This was my first experience with their products and so far I love it! Have you ever used Bite Beauty products before? Comment below!
I received these products for free to test and write this review.
